Refund policy
Refunds
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We also do not accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 30 days from your date of refund request.
Termination of Booking
SoapPlay SG reserves the right to cancel or terminate any booking/space rental due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instance, full refund will be made in due course.
