All purchases above $11 from SoapPlay comes with FREE tracked local mail! Yes, even if it is just 1 bar of soap. 

We know that annoying 'I am reluctant to pay for shipping fee' kind of feeling or the need to cart out more (but maybe unneccesary products) just to hit the minimum order to qualify for free shipping. We are trying to avoid waste here. So just cart out what you need. :)

But if your purchase amounts to S$60 and above, we will gladly upgrade your order to include FREE courier delivery! How awesome is it?  :)

All orders will be packed and shipped out between 3 to 5 working days (except for customised orders).

 

What if I live overseas?

We try to do international shipping to most part of the world. Do check in with us at askme@soapplay.sg so that we can advise the shipping fee. 

 

Packaging

 

We aim to be a sustainable business so we would like to make an effort to reduce waste. As far as possible / feasible, all orders will be packed using clean upcycled materials e.g. used bubble wraps, snack boxes, carton boxes, newspaper etc. We collect these materials mostly from my own household's consumption (clean snack boxes and carton boxes that came with our online shopping). We also have kind friends who help us collect these packaging materials! 

However there would be situations when new packaging could not be avoided.

• We ran out of upcycled materials / could not find a packaging of the right size for your order.
• Plastic packaging will be used to pack salt bars as they sweat. We do not want our customers to receive wet and sticky soap bars!
• If the order is meant as a gift, we will be more than happy to help dress up the items. Just leave a message in the comments field upon checking out or you can simply email us at askme@soapplay.sg quoting your order number. :)
